GOIN ON A VA-CA

Yeah going away for a week....nothin too fun just the in laws....Not like I'm on here much anyways but thought I'd feel special and announce it to more of the world that I wont be around for an actual reason at least....

Hopefully once we get home Ill be around more often and come bearing lots of pics....Im promising myself that Im gonna just be a total tourist and make the most out of this trip.;....So st louis arch and missippi river watch out!!!!Ugh Ill be back........

ONE OF THOSE DAYS....

That I absoutly hate the military.....maybe not the entire military but my husbands unit to be exact.

Having someone work 24 hour duty on a holiday is one thing but could you at least inform them that they will be working that holiday?? Instead of letting them assume they will have that day off and letting them make plans.....


So Hubby had a soldier late this morning and had to go into a room he normally doesnt since hes not supposed to be allowed to, to check some names off a list and happens to stumble upon the CQ list....Guess who's names on it for tommorrow July 4th??? Yeah.....Apparently the list came out a week ago but its been sitting in this back room that no ones supposed to be in instead of being hung in the main room where every one looks for it. So if he hadn't went into this room he wasn't supposed to be in he would have never showed up for duty and been in trouble....Its just BULL!!!!!

I mean am I overacting?? its not the fact that he has to work tommorrow (I know alot of people have to work on 4th of July) its the simple fact that he thought he had the day off and he finds out accidently 24 hours before that he doesnt.......

This military wife is NOT happy!

So yeah still hate this unit but apparently someone couldnt work due to an family emergency so they had to bump everyone up a day so hubby is on duty right now into tommorrow...and have tommorrow off from 9am on..I know I know i seem to overreact at the simplest thing but it was frustrated.......

I wish we had A/C...........

My house needs to be cleaned.........

I'm too tired to do it........

I did the outside today and all the cars.......


Maybe Ill get the motivation and energy to do inside later........

Its raining its pouring the funnel clouds aren't snoring.....

Yeah weve freaking been in tornado's warnings for like an hour today and then it turned into a severe thurnderstorm warning. Now when it started I was on the other side of town at work....Now my job i work at softball fields and part of my job is digging holes to place bases in. I had started to dig the first base when a huge lighting strike hit about 500 feet away from the field I was on. Yeah needless to say I high tailed it off that field and said were cancelled!!!!! then driving home I had made it almost to my sisters to pick up the dog and was turning off one street onto one that takes me to my sisters and a strike hit the field that was on the corner I was turning on.....So needless to say I'm just glad Im home now and not outside lol.
Things have been all jumbled here at home. Just had a few of those days in a row where every lil thing on gods green earth just seems to go wrong and come up all at the same time. I just wanna have one calm day where I can just stay home and enjoy my life. Yeah not happening for a while......It just sucks.....I dont know....I'm rambling but its really just cause I dont want to sit here and bitch and moan when I know other people out there probably would look at my life and be like why are you bitchin. I had a player at work ask me how yah doin the other day and I told him oh just having one of those days yah know? He told me well you woke up breathing this morning so you have nothing to complain about....I just wanted to be like yeah i know but it doesnt mean im not allowed to have a bad day....Yah know....I hate people that are just chipper 24/7....thier lying to themselves I swear....
I guess that's all really. Just glad mike's at least home so i have someone to go home to every night and I dont have to say a word just bury my head in his neck and just feel that much better....May not solve all my problems but it at least helps me feel a bit more relaxed......
One last thing just gottta put my congrats out there agian even though she knows Im so freaking exstatic about it...my Taschi's "with nugget" hahahaha So freaking excited!!!!......I get to live vicariously through her!!!

Baby Kay has the second of three parts to her "baby pageant" tommorrow. As of today after the photo portion she is currently in second place. So were hoping she kicks major baby bootie in the personality portion tommorrow. I was able to convince sister to NOT put the poor child in one of her big friley dresses (i.e. reading the paperwork that says "DO NOT OVER DRESS YOUR CHILD, Your child should be comfortable. The judges do not judge on your childs apperance just the personality and facials OVER AND OVER AND OVER agian!) So I finally got her to agree on a cute set of pink overalls with lil flowers on the pockets etc and a matching white shirt. Simply because I know if were gonna have to try to get her to smile and laugh and be the happiest shes ever been to show her off to the judges shes only gonna do it if shes comfortable and that poor child is NOT comfortable with lace and ruffles in her poor face. So wish her luck hopefully I will remeber to bring my camera when I leave the house tommorrow or I'll just shoot myself.

On to even better news......Hubby's out of his two week black out ( explanation to those non military: hubby is currently in another state doing field training for 30 days. for the first week alls well but then a two week period they actually send them into far off fields with no phone reception ie"blackout") So yeah I could not have been happier to hear my loves voice and after catching him up on all the drama that has been going on and having him so pissed he wanted to simply jump through the phone....I felt so much weight of my shoulders it was great. (and yeah he was pissed at other people not me before anyone comments on that)...Can't wait for him to be home agian....

Well I probably have more to catch up on but I need to get to bed gotta be up early tommorrow....

Why does no body have it?

Why is it when your looking for one thing and go place to place to place to place NO ONE has it???I hate having it in my mind that Im looking for one specific thing but going from walmart to target to the px to kmart to EVERYWHERE and not finding it. It's just so freaking annoying. Oh well.
Out of the blue this evening Jabba the Hut decides to call me.....I didnt answer.....and now she hasnt stopped calling me!.....I know what your saying....."Just pick up the phone and find out what she wants".....no....dont wanna....so Im not going to....
